Brooklyn Breakfast Shop is a food trailer serving up a variety of scratch-made breakfast sandwiches and seasonal hashes in south Austin.
Ryan, who is a Peached Tortilla alumna, opened Brooklyn Breakfast Shop just six months ago when he noticed a lack of breakfast variety in Austin. Since then, his “Farm to Trailer” has been specializing in breakfast sandwiches which range from fried chicken sandwiches, biscuits sandwiches, and bagel sandwiches.
Stop by and pick-up breakfast-to-go anytime from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Wednesday-Sunday.
Just by showing up, you’re helping them to keep donating food to local medical centers!

Must have a business that was forced to pivot, temporarily close, or shut down due to COVID-19 crisis
Business owner(s) must be 18 or older to apply
