Olivia Owens

Olivia Owens is the Creator & General Manager of IFundWomen of Color, the platform for women of color to raise capital through crowdfunding, grants, coaching, and the connections needed to launch and grow successful businesses. This funding ecosystem is designed to empower early-stage, women entrepreneurs, and bridge the funding gap for women of color. Olivia was a founding team member of IFundWomen and managed Business Development and Partnerships. IFundWomen launched in 2016 and continues to help women raise millions of dollars in capital. 

Kyra Seay

As the Director of Social Innovation & Transformative Initiatives at Bumble, she supports the company’s leadership team with the development and execution of operational and marketing projects. Kyra champions her passion for creating transformative inclusive experience for others by bringing Bumble’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives to life. In 2019, Kyra spearheaded the launch of Bumble’s inaugural Diversity and Inclusion Committee, a team that serves as an essential resource to help build and enrich Bumble’s mission to create a safe and inclusive community.

Samar Younes

Samar Younes is a New York-based multidisciplinary creative concept, image and storytelling director. Her philosophy is simple: to create experiences centered around art and meaningful connections through thoughtful design.
She is the founder of SAMARITUAL, a consultancy with the aim to deliver impactful brand identities visually and experientially, merging the world of commerce with art, fashion, architecture, craft and design, and neuroaesthetics for both commercial and public spaces.

Christina Wells

VP, People, PLANOLY
Christina Wells is an accomplished HR leader in the Austin high-tech scene and currently works as the VP, People at PLANOLY. In her spare time, she sits on the advisory board for FloRecruit, a recruiting event software company. Her work passions revolve around building diverse and inclusive work cultures while fostering an environment where every unique employee inspires us just as much as our company’s mission inspires them.
